The Maunga to Moana Adventure committee and operations team are regretfully informing participants and whanau who have registered for the M2M 2022 event (which was postponed to 2023) that this has now been officially cancelled.

The cancellation comes after a number of factors due to the fallout from the COVID 19 outbreak early on in the year, which we have not yet been able to fully recover from.

What does this mean for participants?
This will initiate the cancellation policy which will activate full refunds for all participants (Including refunds that have already been partially returned).
All people who have purchased tickets, campsites and registrations for this event are encouraged to touch base and follow instructions on our website.

We have allocated a 2 month window to process all refunds and strongly encourage contact as soon as possible.

Key points
Cut off date for Refund requests is July 31st 2022
Competitors who purchased tickets for the 2022 event, will have first priority for the next event (not yet confirmed)
For group and team payments we will refund to one nominated bank account only.

In order to fill in the refund request form please have ready the following items
Booking ID – Found on your event ticket (8 digit number)
Nominated bank account – one payment to be made ONLY.
